Hallmarked in London in 1669, this handsome, Charles II period, Antique Sterling Silver Porringer, is of traditional form with chased and engraved detailing. The makers mark T.P is shown in Jackson's book Silver & Gold marks of England Scotland & Ireland, but the maker is unknown. The porringer measures 2.5"(6cm) tall, by 5"(12.5cm) from handle to handle, by 3.5"(9cm) deep.
