Hallmarked in Exeter in 1874 by James & Josiah Williams, this exquisite, Victorian, Antique Sterling Silver 4 Piece Tea Set, features incredible aesthetic design influenced engraving throughout, and original gilding to the inside of the sugar bowl and cream jug. The set together weighs an impressive 83.9 troy ounces.
The tea pot measures 10.5"(26.5cm) tall, by 9.5"(24cm) from handle to spout, by 5.5"(14cm) deep. The coffee pot measures 12.25"(31cm) tall, by 9.25"(23.5cm) from handle to spout, by 5"(12.5cm) deep. The cream jug measures 7.5"(19cm) tall, by 4.35"(11cm) from handle to lip, by 3.25"(8.5cm) deep. The sugar bowl measures 7"(18cm) tall, by 7.5"(19cm) from handle to handle, by 5"(12.5cm) deep.
