Hallmarked in London in 1966 by Gowland Brothers, this stylish set of four, Sterling Silver Candlesticks, are in the early Goerge III style. They stand on square bases and feature gadroon borders throughout, removable nozzles, and an engraved coat of arms. Each candlestick measures 9.75"(25cm) tall, by 4.5"(12cm) wide and deep, and the total weight for the set is 86 troy ounces. The coat of arms is likely that of the Hume-Campbell Family.
