Hallmarked in London in 1777 by Burrage Davenport, this attractive, Antique Sterling Silver Sugar Basket, feature pierced and engraved decoration to the body and foot, a rope twist handle, and a blue glass liner. The sugar basket measures 5.75"(14.5 cm) with handle up and 4"(10cm) tall with the handle down, by 3.25"(8.5cm) in diameter. The basket without the glass liner weighs 3.3 troy ounces.

Hallmarked in London in 1783 by Burrage Davenport, this delightful, George III, Antique Sterling Silver Sugar Basket, features sunken half fluting and pierced and engraved decoration to the body, bead borders, a swing handle, an engraved crest and a blue glass liner. The sugar basket measures 5.25"(13cm) tall, by 4"(10cm) in diameter and has a silver weight of 7.3 troy ounces.
