Hallmarked in London in 1900 by Elkington & Co., this impressive, Victorian, Antique Sterling Silver Centrepiece, could be used as a trophy, a wine cooler, or as an oversized beer tankard. The centrepiece stands on thee recumbent lion feet, their front paws resting on balls, and features chased acanthus and scroll decoration throughout, and a lion rampant finial holding a vacant shield. The centrepiece measures 13"(33cm) tall, by 7.5"(19cm) in diameter, by 11"(28cm) handle to rim and weighs 90 troy ounces.

Hallmarked in London in 1995 by I. Franks, this spectacular pair of Elizabeth II, Sterling Silver Wine Coolers, are hand engraved with the Coat of Arms for Prudential Insurance Company, who commissioned these directly from us, a true piece of our history! Each wine cooler measures 9"(23cm) tall, by 8"(20cm) wide and together they weigh a substantial 146 troy ounces.

Carrying Import marks for London in 1982 by Bohemian Ellison & Co. Ltd., this charming, Sterling Silver Wine Cooler, is modelled as an owl, and is a wonderful statement piece for any bar. The wine cooler measures 15.25"(39cm) tall, by 8.5"(21.5cm) wide, by 8"(20cm) deep, and weighs 86.6 troy ounces.

Hallmarked in London in 1973 by Garrard & Co. Ltd, this striking pair of Sterling Silver Wine Coolers, are in the campagna shape, and feature chased acanthus decoration, lion mask drop ring handle, cast and applied grape and vine borders, and removable liners. Each wine cooler measures 11"(28cm) tall, by 9.25"(23.5cm) in diameter, and the pair together weigh an impressive 195.4 troy ounces.

Hallmarked in London in 1804 by Joseph Preedy, this remarkable pair of Antique Sterling Silver Wine Coolers are richly decorated, featuring a sculptural Bacchanalian frieze depicting the thiasus (the procession which followed Bacchus) and amongst the figures both Bacchus and his drunken foster Father (and tutor) Silenus. The bases are fluted with the underside of the coolers decorated with chased vines and leaves, and the tops decorated with cast grape and vine swags. This incredible pair of coolers are one of a group of 4 known slightly varying designs made by either Joseph Preedy or William Pitts between 1800-1810 (Pitts & Preedy were Partners from 1791-1799), with each example produced featuring the same frieze but with differing borders. Each wine cooler measures 10.5"(27cm) tall, by 9.5"(24cm) in diameter. Together the pair weigh a very impressive 154 troy ounces.  The collars are not hallmarked, but are original.

Hallmarked in London in 1887 by R & S Garrard & Co., this stunning pair of Victorian, Antique Sterling Silver Wine Coolers, are in the naturalistic taste, with the bases and rims designed to look like coral, and the handles made as oak leaves and branches. Each wine cooler measures 12"(30cm) tall, by 10.5"(27cm) in diameter, and together they weigh a very impressive 255.8 troy ounces.
