Hallmarked in London in 1777 by William Plummer, this handsome, George III period, Antique Sterling Silver Butter Dish, is of traditional shell form, standing on 3 shell feet, and featuring an engraved crest to the handle. The butter dish measures 1.25"(3cm) tall, by 5.25"(13.5cm) wide, by 5.25"(13.5cm) deep, and weighs 3.4 troy ounces.

Hallmarked in London in 1772 by William Plummer, this handsome, George III, Antique Sterling Silver Tankard, is baluster shaped, and features reed detailing, a domed lid, and an engraved coat of arms opposite the handle. The tankard measures 8.5"(21.5cm) tall, by 6.75"(17cm) from handle to side, by 4.5"(11.5cm) deep, and weighs 28.4 troy ounces. The coat of arms is that of James Stirling Dyce, son of the well known and important painter William Dyce.
